Available Weeks:
Weekly reservations are for 8 days and 7 nights. Weeks are available on a first come first serve basis.
Reservations:
Reservations may be made up to 24 MONTHS in advance. Scheduled arrival/check-in days may be a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
At this time we do not offer an inclusive option. Meal plans may be offered.
PAYMENT:
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IMMEDIATELY UPON NOTIFICATION OF RESERVATION.
Payment may be made via Bank Deposit, Bank Wire, Cashier’s Check or Paypal.
FOR DIRECT CREDIT CARD USAGE – Additional Terms and Conditions
1. Credit cards may be used for travel 6 months to book and reuse cancelled reservations.
2. There are no refunds for any reservation cancellations paid for with the use of a credit card.
a. Cancellations may occur up to 45 days prior to arrival. No exceptions.
b. Credit card users have 6 months to rebook and use the new reservation.
i. Original credit card reservation charge will be cancelled and a new charge will be authorized for the additional 6 month period.
ii. There are no reservation cancellations on the second charge. No refunds – sales are final.
DELIVERY:
WRITTEN CONFIRMATION WILL BE EMAILED WITHIN 24 HOURS. THE CHECK IN DOCUMENT WILL BE EMAILED WITHIN 10 DAYS.
CANCELLATIONS:
WE OFFER NO REFUNDS. ANY CHANGES MADE TO YOUR RESERVATION MUST OCCUR AT LEAST 45 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO TRAVEL ONCE YOU HAVE PAID, YOU HAVE 6 MONTHS FROM DATE OF CREDIT CARD PAYMENT TO USE YOUR WEEK. YOU HAVE 12 MONTHS WITH A CASH PAYMENT.
OTHER POLICIES:
CORRESPONDENCE WITH CUSTOMERS WILL BE DONE IN ENGLISH OR SPANISH.
